Other details
A Jack Russell needs a lot of attention and constant stimulation. They will adapt to an apartment if they get plenty of exercise. However, a medium-sized, fenced yard is ideal for this four-legged friend, allowing them to romp around. This dog also sheds constantly. If you brush it regularly to remove loose hair, the shedding is manageable. It's also important to trim its nails regularly. And it's best to be vigilant when feeding this dog, as Jack Russell Terriers tend to be overweight. With the necessary attention and care, they can live 13 to 16 years.
